Who you’ll be dealing with
Synergy Workforce is a South Australian company, led directly by its two directors. Between them they bring 15 years of hands-on experience in the industry — on the floor, not behind a desk.

How we work
Recruit & supply
We source and screen workers for your site and your sector — from boning room to vineyard row — and handle the compliance paperwork that comes with them.
Train & induct
Every worker arrives site-ready: safety induction, task-specific training and knife skills where the role demands it. No warm bodies — capable people.
Manage performance
We stay on the floor with you. Attendance, output and quality are managed against agreed targets, with supervisors who answer to your production schedule.
